My end-to-end document concierge service handles your paperwork from start to finish, so you never have to juggle steps, deadlines, or details. From document preparation and review to coordination of notaries, witnesses, and meeting locations to filing and delivery, I have you covered. In short: you hand it over once, and everything else is managed seamlessly, securely, and professionally until your documents reach their final destination, fully executed and compliant.
If you need part of my service, or more than I have listed here, let's talk about how I can help make life a little simpler for you.
Ms. Christin's Notarization and Loan Signing is my notarization partner. Christin Ghent provides exceptional care and meticulous professionalism. When coordinating a document signing event, I call her first. She can come to you, or you can go to her.
If you only need the services of a local NC notary public, please feel free to contact her directly at 980-425-0373.
Do you need someone to deliver documents? You never have to take time off from work to file your documents with the courthouse, your law firm, an individual, or any other business. Delivery is handled competently and confidentially. Chain of Custody deliveries are documented with meticulous care. Most importantly, your documents will not be handled by someone you will never meet or talk to, but by me, the owner of the company, the person who answered the phone when you called.
Note: If you need a Chain of Custody delivery for biohazard materials, large sums of cash, high-end jewelry, or medication (human or pet), I will not be able to fulfill those requests. I specialize in documents at this time.
Sometimes it is easier to find a notary public than it is to find a neutral witness. I can help you coordinate both, but if all you need is a competent, disinterested witness, I can step in there, too.
In NC, only the Secretary of State can complete an Apostille Certificate, but I can help you with the legwork.
An Apostille Certificate is simply an authentication of the notary's seal. It is required when you need to use a U.S.-issued document in another country for legal purposes, if that country is a party to the 1961 Hague Convention. Some notary publics will offer this service, but one does not need to be a notary to provide Apostille Facilitation.
Families often need to conduct business when each party lives in a different state. If you are trying to coordinate a transaction with family members in one state and you are in NC, my end-to-end document concierge services were built with you in mind. I can receive the document package and then handle shipping it once the tasks are complete, truly providing end-to-end document handling service. This is especially helpful when you are in the process of down-sizing, divesting your real estate holdings, and/or transitioning into assisted living homes.
